The laundry room (washer and dryer included) connects to a heated garage with ample space for skis, bikes, golf clubs, and all your outdoor gear. Parking is available for up to four vehicles—two in the garage and two in the driveway (please note: street parking is not permitted per HOA guidelines).
Downstairs, the lower level is designed for both fun and relaxation. A second living area features a smart TV and a retro arcade machine loaded with 3,000+ games, along with a selection of board games—perfect for family nights or group hangouts. 3. King Suite – Offers privacy and luxury with a king bed, smart TV, and en-suite bath featuring both a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
Each bedroom is outfitted with premium linens, blackout shades, sound machines, wireless phone chargers, and extra blankets and pillows. Bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and complimentary toiletries to create a comfortable, elevated stay.

Guests have full access to the entire home, excluding four owner-designated closets.
Parking is available for four (4) vehicles, two (2) inside the garage and two (2) in the driveway. No on-street parking allowed at any time. The HOA will fine and tow.
No boats or trailers are allowed.
ATV's, dirt bikes, snow mobiles and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties.
Renter is responsible for any costs incurred.
